Who are you hiring right now?
We hire in three areas: licensed plumbers, apprentices, and office and support staff. On the plumbing side we bring on both journeyman and master plumbers for residential and commercial work. Office and support roles keep the schedule running and take care of customers. If you are new to the trade, start with our apprenticeship program.
Do I need experience to apply?
It depends on the role. Licensed plumber positions require your license and real field experience. Office and support roles do not require plumbing experience. If you have no experience and want to learn the trade, our apprenticeship program is the right door.
What benefits do you offer?
Our benefits package includes a 401(k) and Roth IRA, paid vacation, paid sick leave, and holiday pay. You also get medical and dental coverage, company uniforms, continuing education, and licensure assistance. Team members get a discount on plumbing work at their own home and at family homes. A take-home truck is available to those who qualify.
Is there room to move up?
Yes. The path runs from apprentice to journeyman to master plumber. Above the truck there are crew lead, estimating, and management roles. We would rather promote someone who already knows how we work than hire a stranger into it.
What is the work environment like?
We are a fourth-generation, women-owned family business, WBENC-certified, and we run it like a family. Our five values are People First, Personality Forward, Exhibit Respect, Turn-Key Solutions, and Honor Hard Work. In practice, we look out for each other and do honest work. Nobody here is a number on a schedule.
