The basics

Get it right the first time

A commercial fit-out sets the tone for your space, your workplace, restaurant, retail shop, office, salon, or hotel, and the plumbing is the part nobody sees until it goes wrong. We handle it end to end: reading your architect or contractor plans, pulling the right permits, running new supply, drain, and gas piping, setting fixtures, and passing inspection. Doing it right the first time means no leaks behind finished walls, no failed inspections, and no costly rework after you open.

What we do

Fit-out plumbing services

Everything your new commercial space needs, from the pipe in the walls to the fixtures on the wall.

Plumbing Rough-In

Supply, drain, waste, and vent piping run to your plans before walls close, the foundation of the whole job.

How it works

From plans to plumbing

A clear path from blueprint to a space that is ready to open.

1

Review the plans

We study your plans, flag any plumbing issues early, and give you a clear scope and estimate.

2

Permit & schedule

We pull the permits and coordinate with your GC and trades to keep the project on track.

3

Rough-in the piping

We run supply, drain, waste, vent, and gas lines to code before the walls close.

4

Set fixtures & inspect

We install and test fixtures, then handle final inspection so you are cleared to open.

Why it matters

The cost of getting it wrong

Fit-out plumbing is buried in walls and floors. Mistakes are expensive to fix later, so we get it right up front.

Failed inspections

Plumbing that is not to code fails inspection and delays your opening, and your revenue.

Leaks behind finished walls

A rough-in mistake found after drywall and tile means tearing it back open. Get it right the first time.

Undersized or wrong piping

Lines that are too small or wrong for the use cause pressure and drainage problems from day one.

Code and ADA misses

Commercial and ADA requirements are strict. Missing them means rework and liability.

Schedule delays

Plumbing that falls behind holds up every other trade. We coordinate to keep you on track.

Patchwork from multiple plumbers

One crew that owns the whole fit-out avoids the gaps and finger-pointing of piecemeal work.

Spaces we build out

Fit-outs for every kind of business

Whatever you are opening, we have the plumbing covered, from rough-in to the final fixture.

Restaurants & Bars

Kitchen and bar plumbing, grease traps, gas, and food-service fixtures built to health code.

Retail & Offices

Restrooms, break rooms, and tenant spaces fit out cleanly and on schedule.

Medical, Salons & More

Specialty fixtures and plumbing for medical, dental, salon, and other build-outs.

Local, licensed, on schedule

Why this matters here

Opening a business in Clarksburg, Gaithersburg, or anywhere in Montgomery County means navigating local permits and inspections, and a plumbing delay holds up your whole build. As a local, licensed contractor, we know the jurisdictions, coordinate with your GC, and keep the plumbing on schedule so you can open on time.

  • Bring us in early to catch plumbing issues on the plans
  • We pull permits and coordinate inspections
  • One crew owns the whole plumbing scope
  • We work to your GC's schedule to hit your open date

Highly recommend John Brown from Clarksburg Plumbing LLC! Yesterday John flushed and descaled our tankless water heater. We've gotten used to waiting and waiting for service people. That's not the case with John. He arrived pleasantly early for both the initial visit (for a no-cost estimate) and for the actual service call. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very patient with our many questions. He really helped us understand the ins and outs of this new-to-us technology of tankless water heaters. We're already recommending him to our neighbors!

We had a very good experience with Clarksburg this year. A new fresh water pipe from the street and cleaning the waste pipe. From Brady in the office to John Brown and his team on site (Franklin and Chris) everything went smoothly, successfully, and on time. Would highly recomnend!

I recently used Clarksburg Plumbing for a condo repair of my main water turnoff valve and my outside hose bib. It required coordination with DC Water and the condo, and Clarksburg was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in the process. They came out a few times to evaluate and troubleshoot the issues, and then ultimately performed/made the repairs. Garrett and John Brown were the first to help, both very kind, knowledgable and highly skilled, and then Pablo (along with apprentice Tevon) made the final repairs. Not only did they do a great job, explaining everything to me in the process and checking after the water was restored to the condo, they also helped out one of the other owners that was having a sudden, luckily minor issue, as well. It’s a relief to know that I finally have a plumbing company that I can rely on for any future issues.

We had a fire at our house 3-Jul-2025. Our contractor used Clarksburg Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs as we rebuilt our house. Pablo was with us from the beginning until all work on the house was completed a year later. Pablo was the lead plumber from Clarksburg Plumbing. He worked on the plumbing rough-in in December through February this past winter in bitter cold through the end of July 2026 when work was finally completed. Pablo quietly does his work. It’s clear that he is very skilled but he is not arrogant in any way. Rather, he is very engaging, takes suggestions under consideration and employs them as warranted, and is always kind even when I interrupt his work. Pablo represents Clarksburg Plumbing very well. It was my pleasure working with Pablo.

Properly identified the source of my leak after multiple other plumbers/companies couldn’t figure it out. Were thorough in explaining what they were doing, how they arrived to their determination, and gave advice on how to proceed with next steps that were outside their scope of operations. Thanks Pablo and Tevon

We had a severe blockage in our kitchen sink drain, causing water to back up into both the sink and the dishwasher. Seth and Brady arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and did an excellent job clearing the kitchen drain. They also fixed the dishwasher drain line, which is now working perfectly. They were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
