Katie and the Clarksburg Plumbing team were phenomenal. Katie came highly recommended, and it could not have been a better choice. During an emergency plumbing issue at one of the buildings we service, her team came right out and made it happen. It was a complicated situation, but they handled it from start to finish with great responsiveness, professionalism, and patience throughout the entire process. We greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.

The plumber from Clarksburg Plumbing who worked on my broken gas hot water heater was John Brown. John is an amazing plumber. He is extremely energetic, very efficient, has amazing knowledge about plumbing, and is very honest. He is also very friendly, considerate, and took the time to answer all my questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly (which was a defective burner assembly). Then when I showed him the manufacturer's warranty, he took the initiative to immediately call the manufacturer and order all the necessary parts (which were free under the warranty). When the parts were delivered, he made sure to show up the next day and install the parts. As we talked throughout his time in the house, I could see that he has very deep knowledge of plumbing, which gives me confidence that his work is top quality. I also had a problem with very high water pressure in the house. The pressure regulator had to be replaced. John, working with Maddie, did a great job in fixing that as well. After the work, everything was cleaned up completely.

Highly recommend John Brown from Clarksburg Plumbing LLC! Yesterday John flushed and descaled our tankless water heater. We've gotten used to waiting and waiting for service people. That's not the case with John. He arrived pleasantly early for both the initial visit (for a no-cost estimate) and for the actual service call. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very patient with our many questions. He really helped us understand the ins and outs of this new-to-us technology of tankless water heaters. We're already recommending him to our neighbors!

I recently used Clarksburg Plumbing for a condo repair of my main water turnoff valve and my outside hose bib. It required coordination with DC Water and the condo, and Clarksburg was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in the process. They came out a few times to evaluate and troubleshoot the issues, and then ultimately performed/made the repairs. Garrett and John Brown were the first to help, both very kind, knowledgable and highly skilled, and then Pablo (along with apprentice Tevon) made the final repairs. Not only did they do a great job, explaining everything to me in the process and checking after the water was restored to the condo, they also helped out one of the other owners that was having a sudden, luckily minor issue, as well. It’s a relief to know that I finally have a plumbing company that I can rely on for any future issues.

We had a fire at our house 3-Jul-2025. Our contractor used Clarksburg Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs as we rebuilt our house. Pablo was with us from the beginning until all work on the house was completed a year later. Pablo was the lead plumber from Clarksburg Plumbing. He worked on the plumbing rough-in in December through February this past winter in bitter cold through the end of July 2026 when work was finally completed. Pablo quietly does his work. It’s clear that he is very skilled but he is not arrogant in any way. Rather, he is very engaging, takes suggestions under consideration and employs them as warranted, and is always kind even when I interrupt his work. Pablo represents Clarksburg Plumbing very well. It was my pleasure working with Pablo.

We had a severe blockage in our kitchen sink drain, causing water to back up into both the sink and the dishwasher. Seth and Brady arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and did an excellent job clearing the kitchen drain. They also fixed the dishwasher drain line, which is now working perfectly. They were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
