We had a clog in our septic line. The Clarksburg Plumbing crew located the troublesome area using a camera and then removed the clog and tested the line. They then remounted the toilet with a new wax ring and cleaned the area. Overall, a great experience!

Do I need a water softener or a filter, or both?
They solve different problems. A softener removes the hardness minerals that cause scale and spots, while a filter removes sediment, taste, odor, and contaminants. Many homes benefit from both. We test your water and recommend only what you actually need.
What is reverse osmosis and where does it go?
Reverse osmosis pushes water through a fine membrane to remove dissolved solids, leaving very pure, great-tasting water. It is usually installed under the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking water.
How often do filters need to be changed?
It depends on the system and your water, but most point-of-use filters are changed every 6 to 12 months and whole-house cartridges on a similar or longer cycle. We set you up with a schedule and can handle it for you.
Will filtration help my skin, hair, and appliances?
Yes. Softer, cleaner water is gentler on skin and hair and prevents the scale that shortens the life of water heaters, dishwashers, and faucets.
