What Our Neighbors Say

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Clarksburg Plumbing LLC, and especially with Seth. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and quite frankly, a breath of fresh air. I was extremely nervous about the situation because my leak was below the main water shutoff valves, and the water had to be turned off at the street. Seth immediately put me at ease and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Rather than just putting together a temporary solution, he wanted to make sure he ordered the exact parts needed to do the job properly. Seth told me he expected to have the correct part and be able to return on Wednesday to complete the repair. On Tuesday afternoon, the office called to let me know the part had arrived and confirmed that Seth would be back Wednesday morning between 8:00 and noon. Seth was at my door at 8:10 AM! I was genuinely impressed. He completed the repair carefully, explained everything he was doing, and was extremely conscientious about properly turning the water back on, opening the faucets in the house, and making sure everything was working exactly as it should. What impressed me most, though, was Seth himself. He has a wonderfully calm, professional demeanor that made a very stressful situation so much easier for me. I sincerely appreciate the care he took with my home and the respect he showed me throughout the entire process. Clarksburg Plumbing is very fortunate to have someone like Seth representing their company. I would absolutely recommend them and Seth!!

Charlie did a fantastic job, would highly recommend.

Seth did an excellent job!

Tyler was great professional and knows what he’s talking about

I had a great experience with Tyler when he came out to replace our toilet flushing system. From start to finish, Tyler was incredibly courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked me through what needed to be fixed, answered all my questions patiently, and completed the job efficiently. It’s rare to find such high-quality service and attention to detail. Everything is working perfectly now, and he left the work area completely clean. I highly recommend Tyler for any plumbing needs!

Tyler was polite and professional. Satisfied.

John and Maddy showed up on time and did a superb job. Very friendly and informative

Tyler is great! I am very satisfied with his plumbing work.

John and Maddie were fantastic. They fixed my original issue and then helped me out with a leaky shower and answered all my questions. I highly recommend both John and Maddie!

Absolute best plumbers I have ever used. Needed them a few times recently and each time they were so professional, kind and resolved each problem the first time around. This last issue took them several hours to fix. They explained everything along the way and gave a very fair price for a lot of work. They also work very cleanly! I will never use another plumber! I wanted to add a new review but I could not so I am editing my previous one. I had to use Clarksburg Plumbing again today and like last time, they were exceptional. I was fortunate enough to have John and Madeleine as my service technicians. I will always request them going forward. They are kind, professional and knowledgeable! I am sure the company knows how fortunate they are to have them as part of their team!

We thank Clarksburg Plumbing again for superior, high quality and friendly service! ----- Clarksburg Plumbing visited us last week to repair an external spigot that had been leaking. The work involved creating a little inside access panel. Within and without, a nice, neat job by Charlie and his understudy apprentice, Chris. Problem solved and happy campers here! ----- UPDATE: Plumber John Brown presented himself on time and got right to work replacing my Mom's ancient leaky kitchen faucet with a new store-bought one that I provided. During the process, Mr. Brown detected and showed me two other problem areas contributing to the water leaks: a cracked drain pipe and then rusted threads on the sink trap. He efficiently and expertly repaired all three elements to our full satisfaction. Plus, John is a super nice guy, completely honest and classy enough to laugh at all my corny jokes! The next time you need any plumbing work in your home or business, I strongly endorse John Brown and anyone on the Clarksburg Plumbing team! UPDATE 2: John and his understudy Maddie visited, and quickly solved the problem of a pinhole leak in copper tubing leading from our hot water heater. He advised us on other plumbing needs, for which we have scheduled and will otherwise follow-up. Thank you Clarksburg Plumbing for your top quality people - John Brown in particular - and performance.

Their work was excellent. The problem solved a difficult situation with a water pipe leak and worked hard to implement it. Very grareful for the work of Franklin, Noah, Cotton, Markell, Tevon, Jason, Deybis

Tevon, Noah, Markell, and Morrow were sent by Clarksburg Plumbing LLC to repair an outside broken waterline They arrived at the appointed hour and completed the work in about 3 hours. I was very impressed with them and I would like to recommend all four of these very professional and friendly technicians. Clarksburg Plumbing is a fantastic organization; the office staff, Katie and Charlotte, who helped me are the best.

Our well lines began to leak after many years of service. Noah Zohrabi,YDeybis Gomez & Markel Watts came to the rescue! Excellent service from some very professional, courteous & knowledgeable folks!

Thank you to Seth, who came on Wednesday and fixed one of our two toilets and fixed our primary bedroom shower. And thank you to Charlie, who came today and replaced our other toilet and replaced our garbage disposal. You are both lifesavers! Our weekend (and going forward) will be MUCH nicer now that we can use our bathrooms (and garbage disposal) again. Highly recommend Clarksburg Plumbing.

Excellent service today from John Brown and Madeleine S. They were very kind and took time to explain the issue with my dishwasher. I really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. I would definitely consider using this company again based on my service today!

GREAT service and expertise! John and Maddie just installed a water filtration system to our home. The process took one day to install and then they came back from the 48 hour install period to ensure everything was working well. John was familiar and knowledgeable about the water system we bought. Maddie and John kept our space clean, clearly explained how to ensure longevity for our system to last, and the difference it will make in our home. We appreciate their hard work and professionalism. This is our second time using Clarksburg plumbing. We would highly recommend their company to our family and friends.

We had a good experience with Clarksburg Plumbing: it was easy to schedule, they communicated clearly, arrived on time, and did a great job on completing the work.

Great

John did Excellent job with installing water refrigerator line for my refrigerator. My Condo was built 1983, and pipes were complicated, but not for John. He found it easy and finished the job in the timely manner. I am very happy customer. Thank you John!!

John Brown was knowledgeable, responsive and pragmatic. He saved us time by diagnosing then recommending best course of action. We are now waiting for the estimate for the project and will be going with Clarksburg Plumbing on our 1948 cap cod renovation. Highly recommend this company’s knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness.

Franklin and his crew showed up promptly and communicated great with us to help limit disruption with the tenants at 4 of our building. Unfortunately for us a second water main leak occurred the day before. But luckily for us they were able to stay on site another 2 days and knock the second one out, even staying till 8pm to find the line and get it repaired. These will be the guys I request for our next time needs

Seth and Brady did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. They were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. They arrived on time and did careful, clean work all the way through. We have worked with Clarksburg Plumbing on smaller items before this and would be very happy to utilize their services in the future, as well.

John and maddie were exceptionally professional and did an most effetive job in installing a expansion tank on our water heater.

Brady did an excellent job. From the time I called to the time the repair was completed was within 4 hours

We were very happy with the service we received today from John and Maddie. They were both very professional, ran the necessary tests to confirm the issue, and explained what they were doing step by step. They wore the protective booties to keep the floor nice and dry from the rainy weather too. Thank John and Maddie for all your help!

Seth and Brady were great. Fair price, courteous, work completed quickly, and looks good.

John was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable and such a professional. First time ever having a women plumber, Maddie, who was talented, and very personal and professional. Great experience and I will definitely use Clarksburg Plumbing again

Excellent professional service.

Mr Brown was a real professional. I was expressed how everything was done in an orderly manner. I’m very satisfied with the plumbing work he completed. Thank You!!

Seth provided an estimate on 8/25 for upgrading my basement sump pump to a dual system. He explained the setup clearly and promptly reordered the exact Wi-Fi-capable model I requested before installation. Seth and Maddie returned on 8/28 and did a fantastic job. The system works great, and their professionalism was top-notch. Highly recommended!

John is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He does a great job of explaining things.

Katie and the Clarksburg Plumbing team were phenomenal. Katie came highly recommended, and it could not have been a better choice. During an emergency plumbing issue at one of the buildings we service, her team came right out and made it happen. It was a complicated situation, but they handled it from start to finish with great responsiveness, professionalism, and patience throughout the entire process. We greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.

The plumber from Clarksburg Plumbing who worked on my broken gas hot water heater was John Brown. John is an amazing plumber. He is extremely energetic, very efficient, has amazing knowledge about plumbing, and is very honest. He is also very friendly, considerate, and took the time to answer all my questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly (which was a defective burner assembly). Then when I showed him the manufacturer's warranty, he took the initiative to immediately call the manufacturer and order all the necessary parts (which were free under the warranty). When the parts were delivered, he made sure to show up the next day and install the parts. As we talked throughout his time in the house, I could see that he has very deep knowledge of plumbing, which gives me confidence that his work is top quality. I also had a problem with very high water pressure in the house. The pressure regulator had to be replaced. John, working with Maddie, did a great job in fixing that as well. After the work, everything was cleaned up completely.

The best plumbers in the Bethesda area! We have worked with over 4 companies and none could figure out our issue until we called Clarksburg. They are honest, flexible and communicative. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

John and Maddy were excellent! Professional and beyond. Not only did the effectively fix our kitchen leak, but gave solid recommendations to fix other problems in advance. Appreciate them! Arrived on time, came quickly . We are definitely using this company for the rest of our remodeling planned. Thank you again. Doug Frankel Cost was no issue. They stand behind their work as they did today

Knowledgeable technicians who explained everything in detail and did a great job installing my new water heater.

We had our first experience with Clarksburg Plumbing & now we're sold! Charlie replaced our powder room toilet & did a great job. We moved to our house 3 years ago (& needed a new plumber) so we're happy to a great plumber now. Highly recommend!

Booked an apt with Clarksburg plumbing at 7am and by 9am they were at my house. Seth was a great tech that explained anything he was doing and answered my questions. would use Clarksburg plumbing again.

Highly recommend John Brown from Clarksburg Plumbing LLC! Yesterday John flushed and descaled our tankless water heater. We've gotten used to waiting and waiting for service people. That's not the case with John. He arrived pleasantly early for both the initial visit (for a no-cost estimate) and for the actual service call. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very patient with our many questions. He really helped us understand the ins and outs of this new-to-us technology of tankless water heaters. We're already recommending him to our neighbors!

John and Maddie were professional and customer focused. They completed several plumbing projects efficiently and verified my satisfaction with the work. John diagnosed a plumbing problem for future remediation. Great people and company.

I had Clarksburg Plumbing come out for a minor home plumbing repair. Seth and Maddie were on time, friendly, and professional. They provided a free estimate, and I went ahead with the repair. The repairs took just under 2 hours and I was completely satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Clarksburg Plumbing again in the future. Thanks, Seth and Maddie!

We had a very good experience with Clarksburg this year. A new fresh water pipe from the street and cleaning the waste pipe. From Brady in the office to John Brown and his team on site (Franklin and Chris) everything went smoothly, successfully, and on time. Would highly recomnend!

Charlie S. was efficient and friendly. He also answered some of my plumbing questions which I greatly appreciate. I will be using Clarksburg Plumbing in the future.

I recently used Clarksburg Plumbing for a condo repair of my main water turnoff valve and my outside hose bib. It required coordination with DC Water and the condo, and Clarksburg was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in the process. They came out a few times to evaluate and troubleshoot the issues, and then ultimately performed/made the repairs. Garrett and John Brown were the first to help, both very kind, knowledgable and highly skilled, and then Pablo (along with apprentice Tevon) made the final repairs. Not only did they do a great job, explaining everything to me in the process and checking after the water was restored to the condo, they also helped out one of the other owners that was having a sudden, luckily minor issue, as well. It’s a relief to know that I finally have a plumbing company that I can rely on for any future issues.

John Brown & Maddie did a great job with installing our new sump pump and battery backup--very informative, patient and thorough.

Many thanks to John and Maddie for their excellent work and cheerful attitude.
