John Brown was knowledgeable, responsive and pragmatic. He saved us time by diagnosing then recommending best course of action. We are now waiting for the estimate for the project and will be going with Clarksburg Plumbing on our 1948 cap cod renovation. Highly recommend this company’s knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness.

Franklin and his crew showed up promptly and communicated great with us to help limit disruption with the tenants at 4 of our building. Unfortunately for us a second water main leak occurred the day before. But luckily for us they were able to stay on site another 2 days and knock the second one out, even staying till 8pm to find the line and get it repaired. These will be the guys I request for our next time needs

Seth and Brady did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. They were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. They arrived on time and did careful, clean work all the way through. Seth provided an estimate on 8/25 for upgrading my basement sump pump to a dual system. He explained the setup clearly and promptly reordered the exact Wi-Fi-capable model I requested before installation. Seth and Maddie returned on 8/28 and did a fantastic job. The plumber from Clarksburg Plumbing who worked on my broken gas hot water heater was John Brown. John is an amazing plumber. He is extremely energetic, very efficient, has amazing knowledge about plumbing, and is very honest. He is also very friendly, considerate, and took the time to answer all my questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly (which was a defective burner assembly). Then when I showed him the manufacturer's warranty, he took the initiative to immediately call the manufacturer and order all the necessary parts (which were free under the warranty). When the parts were delivered, he made sure to show up the next day and install the parts. As we talked throughout his time in the house, I could see that he has very deep knowledge of plumbing, which gives me confidence that his work is top quality. I also had a problem with very high water pressure in the house. The pressure regulator had to be replaced. John, working with Maddie, did a great job in fixing that as well. After the work, everything was cleaned up completely.

Highly recommend John Brown from Clarksburg Plumbing LLC! Yesterday John flushed and descaled our tankless water heater. We've gotten used to waiting and waiting for service people. That's not the case with John. He arrived pleasantly early for both the initial visit (for a no-cost estimate) and for the actual service call. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very patient with our many questions. He really helped us understand the ins and outs of this new-to-us technology of tankless water heaters. We had a very good experience with Clarksburg this year. A new fresh water pipe from the street and cleaning the waste pipe. From Brady in the office to John Brown and his team on site (Franklin and Chris) everything went smoothly, successfully, and on time. Would highly recomnend!
