Franklin and his crew showed up promptly and communicated great with us to help limit disruption with the tenants at 4 of our building. Unfortunately for us a second water main leak occurred the day before. But luckily for us they were able to stay on site another 2 days and knock the second one out, even staying till 8pm to find the line and get it repaired. The plumber from Clarksburg Plumbing who worked on my broken gas hot water heater was John Brown. John is an amazing plumber. He is extremely energetic, very efficient, has amazing knowledge about plumbing, and is very honest. He is also very friendly, considerate, and took the time to answer all my questions. He diagnosed the problem quickly (which was a defective burner assembly). Then when I showed him the manufacturer's warranty, he took the initiative to immediately call the manufacturer and order all the necessary parts (which were free under the warranty). When the parts were delivered, he made sure to show up the next day and install the parts. As we talked throughout his time in the house, I could see that he has very deep knowledge of plumbing, which gives me confidence that his work is top quality. I also had a problem with very high water pressure in the house. The pressure regulator had to be replaced. John, working with Maddie, did a great job in fixing that as well. After the work, everything was cleaned up completely.

What is trenchless sewer repair?
Trenchless repair fixes or replaces your sewer line with little or no digging, usually through one or two small access points. It is faster, cleaner, and protects your yard, driveway, and landscaping compared to a full dig.
How do I know if my sewer line is the problem?
Multiple slow or backed-up drains at once, gurgling toilets, sewage odors, or soggy patches in the yard often point to the main sewer line. We run a camera inspection to confirm exactly what and where the problem is.
What is hydro-jetting, and is it safe for my pipes?
Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to scour grease, scale, and tree roots from the inside of your pipes, far more thoroughly than snaking. For pipes in good condition it is very safe, which is why we camera the line first to confirm.
Will you tear up my yard?
Not if we can help it. We use camera diagnosis to dig only where needed and offer trenchless options for many sewer and water line jobs. When digging is required, we restore the area as best we can.
How long do sewer and water lines last?
It varies by material, but many lines last 40 years or more. Older Orangeburg, clay, or galvanized lines fail sooner. A camera inspection tells us the real condition and whether repair or replacement makes sense.
Do you offer leak detection for pools?
Yes. Along with water and sewer line leak detection, we locate pool and underground leaks using specialized equipment, so we find the problem without tearing everything up.
